Dr. Amit Tuteja, Co-founder at Connecting Dreams Foundation, was invited as a Panel Speaker at the Webinar on ‘Sustainable Development and its impact on People, Planet and Profit’, organized by Oil India Limited (OIL) as a part of ‘Bharat ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to commemorate 75th year of India’s Independence on April 23, 2021.
Dr. Amit shed the light on ‘How Digital Innovation leads to Inclusivity and Sustainable Development’. The webinar commenced with the welcome address by Shri Sushil Chandra Mishra, Chairman & Managing Director, OIL. The keynote speaker at the webinar, Shri Tarun Kapoor, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, accentuated the need and the impact of sustainable development. The group of panelists also included other renowned dignitaries from various walks of life.
Sustainable Development is not merely a buzzword but something that we all need to think through. It is never too late to act upon something that can possibly affect our very existence. The importance and need of such platforms can never be understated, where the major stakeholders and harbinger of social wellness could come together and ponder over issues of such magnitude.
