“I couldn’t afford therapy, so I just watched ‘Frasier’. Season 4 was a breakthrough.”
Is this relatable to you? Most of us have now started talking about mental and eliminating the stigma around it but seeking help from a professional and the concept of therapy still remains unfamiliar. Therapy can be an effective treatment for a host of mental and emotional problems.
Peer Help Circle, a CDF-ARSD initiative in collaboration with Mynd Kare brings to you a session on Breaking down therapy to understand how therapy work in reality.
Our partner for this session is Myndkare. In these difficult times where everyone is facing mental as well as emotional difficulties, due to covid, their professional life or educational life, an organisation such as Myndkare provides a platform which cares for our mind. They have a team of professional counselors/ therapists who have great experience in their fields.
