Project Description:

Project Kaavish aims to promote and empower women who lack business and other wage earning opportunities in life and help them get on their feet. They are training women to stitch masks and will be introducing other need based products as a part of the brand. We work with uneducated, unemployed, underprivileged women from the slums of Okhla phase 2, in the age group of 16-25. They lack of professional and vocational skills. How can we help uneducated, unemployed, underprivileged women in the age group of 16-25 in learning vocational skills needed in the job market They propose to impart vocational skills to the beneficiary community by collaborating with NGOs already working towards skill development, and later connect them to employers in the field of their vocational course.
