Project Description:

Project Transformation aims towards the inclusion, acceptance, and the empowerment of the LGBTQIA+ community with its two-sector approach- employment and sensitization. The team collects and helps individuals build their CVs and connect them with community inclusive corporates. They have been conducting- Transformation Talks with eminent personalities from the community in a hope to change the mindset of the contemprory India through conversation directly with the community. The LGBTQIA+ community in India, targeting via educational institutions and workplaces. Lack of accessible and sensitized spaces. How can we make educational institutions and workplaces more inclusive so that the community feels respected and accepted? By holding sensitization workshops, doing sensitization podcasts, sensitization educators and students using inclusive education modules. For the empowerment, inclusion, and acceptance of the LGBTQIAP+ community in educational institution ions and workplaces.
