Through fellowship, I wish to learn how to raise funds to support the initiative, how to write a brilliant proposal to win contract, and network with other fellows who can inspire me to scale up and achieve desired goals and dreams for the community.
Detailed Description:
The initiative introduced by Ubaida provides a market for the use of biodegradable disposable packaging items to substitute plastics especially for food, drinks and grocery, in Ghana. The aim of the project is to reduce drain blockages and environmental pollution from burning plastics. The initiative engages the youth population and thereby creates more job opportunities. The clean water and sanitation, responsible consumption and production and life on land are the three SDG goals she pursues to achieve. Ubaida desires to learn on how to raise funds, how to write a proposal to win contracts and to network with other fellows through the fellowship.
