Detailed Description:

Raju is the founder of Ekalavya project, which is working on creating a pool of grassroot development leaders from the underprivileged communities and helping in enabling them to address their own challenges. Ekalavya provides mentorship, training and guidance to young underprivileged rural population to enable them to pursue education from premier higher education institutes. The initiative seeks to achieve quality education and reduced inequalities, SDG goals. From the fellowship, he seeks mentorship, organisation building, fund-raising support and long-term relationships that will lead to sustainable impact.
