The fellowship will help me get a structure to the program for scaling it to different villages, mentorship, guidance for leadership and Peer learning to bridge the gap I am currently facing.

Detailed Description:

Pragati has initiated a village empowerment program by building a women’s collective group to help them in income enhancement through horticulture livelihood. Pragati on her journey, identified the challenges of community migration and women unemployment and decided to initiate a community empowering program by creating livelihood diversification for vulnerable populations in the Himalayan region. Her program pursues to achieve, the gender equality, decent work and economic growth,and reduced inequalities goals of SDG. She believes the fellowship will help her get a structure, for scaling it to different villages through mentorship, leadership guidance and peer interaction
