Detailed Description:

a Graduate in Agriculture and Rural Development. Mahesh introduced a model for nutritional security among the marginalised communities to reduce malnutrition, anemia and low birth weight. The initiative is promoting intensive production of millets, as well as making farmers aware about the modern farming techniques to improve the production. He believes that it is high time for us to fight against the triple burden of malnutrition, which India is currently facing. The model aims to cover SDG 2 of zero hunger and SDG 12 of responsible consumption and production. Mahesh is looking forward to the fellowship which will improve the leadership, communication and writing skills through the effective mentorship.
