Detailed Description:

Lavanya focuses on working on Good health and Well being, Quality Education and Gender Equality. She is the founder and president of “Be The Change” NGO that works towards upliftment of underprivileged communities. Their main goal is women empowerment, youth empowerment and providing quality education. Lavanya is running a women's community called "She Empowers" where they bring out the inspiring stories of the women around us. She believes that the fellowship will help her learn to strategize and structure things and implement them in a better manner.
