Connect And Change Social Impact Challenge 2019

The program aims to unleash next generation talent to solve one of the biggest problems that India is facing i.e. lack of jobs and employment especially in rural areas and amongst underserved communities. According to a recent study by OECD, over 30% of youth aged 15-29 in India is not in employment, education or training.

We believe that economic prosperity is only possible when an individual takes the responsibility of finding his/her unique role in making the world a better place. We believe that we can truly make a positive difference in any community by investing in it. We need to support the right people with the right attitude and the ability to execute.

Connect and Change Fellowships aims to build a team of passionate people who want to change communities by creating new employment opportunities for the people or enhancing the employability skills for a better livelihood.
